Metro Brokers Stockbridge has the best Pre-License class out there. Mr. Collins is a great teacher. He works hard to make sure that everyone understands before moving on to the next part. If you take the class, it is math heavy. Basic math skills are all you need to complete the class. Just be ready! Thanks to all the staff that helped us out.

Not all real estate agents are equal. Remember, half are below average (law of statistics). Make sure to check credentials and experience of your agent. Ours was super inexperienced and it cost us nearly $20k on the sale of our home. The agent was unprepared and missed several key steps in the process. At no time during the process did the agent explain they were new, nor did they let us know we could reach out to their mentor to get better information. It was only after we called the broker ourselves that we found out some crucial information. I have no issue paying commissions for a job well done and executed with results; done with integrity and ethics. Would not recommend the agent Crystal Arnold Stevens. Very unprofessional and even stole money from me in the form of charing me for services that weren’t delivered. Its sad when your own ppl do you worse then actual enemies. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go elsewhere!

I tried to be nice but I wish I never used them! There's a lot I can say but I know it was the agent and not the company and I didn't want her at my closing and my wish was granted and my closing was better off!
