Briefly interacted with Claire Warren. My company is relocating me and requires two sales price estimates from realtors before selecting one to work with. I had a meeting with Claire and the realtor that we "worked" with on buying our house. Worked with is in quotes because we bought new construction and they didn't do anything. I was initially really impressed with Claire from talking to her on the phone and how she answered my questions. She asked if I had worked with the other realtor before to which I said yes, but also explained that I hadn't chosen to work with him and it depended on their different strategies.
