My aunt was staying at the Bethel Towers for a good while until her health started to fell. She loved this place and her friends that she encountered with. But Priscilla Smith, the community manager is so unprofessional. She talks to you any kind of way. You ask her a question she never gives you a straight answer. She has threaten my aunt by saying "I'm going to put you out and send you to court". This was not the first time this has happen. I can't imagine anyone letting there love one stay there. She needs to have an attitude check. Because, it is awful dealing with the public and having such a smart mouth at the same time. I know everybody has a bad day every once and a while but every time you see her she is hard to deal with. She laughs in your face pretending she is so helpf

Eviction of 82 year old. Maybe someone needs to perminatly REMOVE management

Priscilla Smith is rude and unprofessional. She will sit and look at you and wont open the door. You speak she wont speak back. She sit in the office and just let the phone ring. The Bethel Towers need a new manager ASAP
