My wife and I were first time homebuyers with a lot to learn; Beth was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us every step of the way. We also had help from family and friends that re-affirmed that the help and guidance we were getting from her was top notch. She seems to thoroughly enjoy what she does which makes the process a little more fun than stressful which was an added bonus.
