Update: She has no idea how a lot of modern technology works and will try to fabricate information that is very easy to prove as factually incorrect via email history or google doc history. She will even lie about things that are extremely easy to look up online. She once tried to tell me that my dehumidifier was pulling green water because "it has copper coils in it and it needs to have vinegar ran through it" when it was mold spores. Easy to look up online! You cannot run anything through dehumidifiers because it is mechanically impossible. She believes that giving her permission to view a google doc is the same thing as sending her email correspondence. Beth has been nothing very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. She available at a moments notice and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Beth was awesome, she is very professional. She helped to attain the current house that I am renting. She is a great communicater, I had a small issue that I had to reach out to her about and her response was swift and the issue was resolved within two hours. I recommend her to anybody looking to purchase or rent a home. I am fairly close to being able to buy my own home once my lease is up and I am strongly considering Beth to be my Real Estate agent when the time comes.

Beth needs a reality check! I tried renting a house at $995 a month and offered her $5000 down, I get SSI as I lost my vocal cords to cancer and she wanted me to make 3 times the rent. She does not care!!

Do not recommend working with Beth or this company. We just got our lease terminated due to mold and Beth or the management company did not provide us any assistance. We are expected to move out immediately. Beth does not care about the renters. They will leave you on ice. Please go with any other agency you can find in Jacksonville.
