The buyers chose to use this “business” for the closing. It was not a good experience. First, they don’t wire proceeds; instead of securing their outbound process they chose mail via UPS. Proceeds sent via UPS overnight … two days later the check arrived. It was a business check not a certified check so it took 13 days before the proceeds were available. Somehow this feels very one sided … the buyers didn’t have to wait 13 days to have the keys to the home. Choose your partners wisely.
