Best Property Company

We had hoped for a safe and healthy home, but unfortunately our experience has been very concerning. After reporting serious health and safety issues in the unit, rather than addressing the problems, promptly & Placing our family in temporary accommodations this management company issued us a notice to termination our lease agreement prior to the end date; although we still have more than six months left and have not violated any of our lease agreements. We’ve asked for help and reasonable solutions, but our concerns have gone unanswered, nor have they been thoughtfully remedied. Living conditions remain unhealthy and unsafe, and no genuine effort has been made to correct our concerns or to take this responsibility for our shoulders. My family and i have been with best property company for over a year now I can say without a doubt they all put in quite the effort to make sure your living space is safe and healthy for your family. Any time I've ever had any issues arise they have been really good about getting to it and not only fixing it, but doing it the right way! With this being my first experience with a property management company, I wasn't sure what to expect but they continuously outshine the other properties here in dallas due to the sole fact they treat you like family. Any projects that need done they do it with pride and confidence as if their own family were living here. They truly are the BEST property company here in Dallas.

Applied for a property and it was like pulling teeth to get a response. When you first call boy do they pick up the phone but after that you calls are ignored and go to voice mail. It will take Terri days if your lucky to get back to you. Not even a courtesy call if they are not going to accept your application. This company is very unprofessional.

Beware! This company will change you for repairs that you are not responsible for. Do not rent from this management company.

So friendly on the phone. My wife and I were in need of a place to live and the staff were friendly and so helpful. If you need to list a priority or find a place to live. Please give them a call.
