I would strongly NOT recommend this appraiser for bank and loan professionals real estate agents, homeowners or investors. I was looking to refinance one of my rental properties. I had a good idea of value as there were comparables on the same street Beske's appraisals KILLED the entire REFINANCE deal and I lost $600!!! STOP HIRING THESE HOLE IN THE WALL SMALL COMPANIES! First, Bob called to confirm the appointment the night before. I confirmed. He showed up at a completely different time. He just showed up whenever he felt like it. Next, Beske's Appraisals took nearly 3 weeks to finish the write up of the appraisal. If you need a quick professional appraisal under a week for a project, then AVOID this company. Next, Beske's Appraisals took OFF almost 600 SQUARE FEET OF WHAT I MEAS
