Moved into our new patio home November 6. We’ve been looking for several years and knew that when the time was right we’d buy a Berscheid home. We love our new house. Rick and his crew have been fantastic to work with. Love the quality and attention to detail in our new home. Follow up is fantastic. I highly recommend Berscheid Builders!

Great service, reliable, fair prices. We had a deck built, a sliding door and window replaced. The consultation before with Paul was very helpful. We were able to create a timely plan that met our needs and had a beautiful outcome.

We've been in our new home 8 days and we LOVE it and everyone loves the corner sink area. Overall a very positive and fun experience with a great outcome. Rick along with Jerry and a very skilled team created just what we hoped for. We so appreciate Rick's patience with our schedule, numerous change orders, getting us in within single digits and mostly the attention at final walkthrough. Due to MN weather a few items will wait for spring, but we have every confidence they too will have a great outcome. We had sold our house in the fall of 2021 and the new owners would take possession in May of 2022. This all came about very quickly and we didn't even have a house plan. Berscheid Builders had built a house for us in 2004. We knew the quality work they did and they were are first call. When Rick looked at our lake lot you could just see his wheels turning. They came with ideas for us to choose from and never once was there any pressure. At every turn they were always one step ahead with suggestions and options. Weather favored us in November and early December of 2021 allowing us to get a foundation, septic, and well completed. The weather did not favor us in January and February. Rick is very easy to work with, and flexible for any changes that are needed during the building process. His subcontractors are second to none, and his foreman is awesome to work with throughout the entire building process. You won't be disappointed if you build with Berscheid..
