Berrington Village

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The views are incredible, the gym is well-equipped, and the Amazon Hub makes package pickup super convenient. The leasing office staff are always friendly, professional and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives real peace of mind. Overall, this has been such a positive living experience — thank you Berrington for all that you do!

I have had a great experience living in Barrington Village! The staff is outstanding, friendly and responsive. Property is well maintained! Country living close to the city!

Just moved in last night on 1/10/2024 and the move went well, the staff was very helpful and kind, explained everything we needed to do/know very well. We appreciate the staff Blake and mainly our leasing agent Sebastian Figueroa, he did a wonderful job showing us around and getting us settled in, and helping us get the best view for our room. Me and my bf really love it here even tho we have only been here for a day. I hope that anyone who rents here that they will have the best experience like we did.

I want to take a moment to recognize Chris, our maintenance man. He is always so generous with his time and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. Anytime I’ve had a work order, Chris handles it quickly and with care, and he always checks in to be sure everything is working properly afterward. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and considerate, and it makes living here an even better experience. Truly appreciate all the effort he puts in!

Nate and his team are absolutely incredible! The groundskeeper guys are the best (I don’t know everyone’s name I’m sorry!!) but y'all are the sweetest and always so helpful. Been here for almost 2 years (longest I’ve stayed put anywhere lol) and it’s because of this team!!! :)
