Great Experience- wish we needed to buy 10 homes. We met Bernard at an open house and we are eternally grateful. He was so wonderful to work with. We live across the country and he was able to listen to our needs and help us find the perfect home at the perfect price! He helped us through the inspection process and made sure our needs were covered in the contract procedure. If you need a home in Bernard’s area you would be crazy to pick any other realtor. We got more than a wonderful house. We gained a fantastic friend.

Excellent, honest, reliable Agent. My brother was having medical issues and decided to put his vacation/rental property in Kissimmee on the market. He asked me to contact the agent who sold him the property and get him to list it. Since I was clueless about the whole thing, I had to rely on Mr. Scarpa to walk me through the process. He explained the comps and suggested a fair price for the property. Within two weeks we had two acceptable offers. Since we live in Maryland, he handled everything from listing to closing. The sale went through without a problem and I appreciate Mr. Scarpa’s honesty and constant communication and accessibility. Bernard was fantastic to work with even being out of state! Bernard was great, he showed us what houses we wanted and went above and beyond, we viewed the house we bought just as a hurricane was hitting and we evacuated home. Bernard went over to the house after the storm and did a video walk through with us to show us there was no damage before we put in our offer. We are looking to possibly do investing in the future in this same area and will 100% use Bernard if possible.

We worked together on a sale and a purchase. Sale went well. When we bought a house, the purchase was from a foreign national. We had issue with the seller's agent, but Bernard kept at it until we got the information we needed and made the purchase. You can tell him what you want, and he will find it. Additionally, he will show you other options and how another house might be more what you want and need. Great communicator and gets answers fast. He also knows the area very well.
