Berkshire Road Apartments

I currently reside here and I love it. The manager and maintenance are amazingly nice and very down to earth. The rooms are very spacious and the community is very quiet. I recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived at Berkshire Apartments for 7 years now and I must say that our new Property Manager Aliena Weltz is super amazing. I called and expressed my concerns about updating my apartment with painting and flooring. Aliena immediately got on it and within an hour she was calling me back to schedule the date and time the painters will be coming. I truly appreciate having a Property Manager that care about the tenants. Thanks Aliena for being awesome.

Lived there from 1991 to 1992. It was a nice place to live there then and probably still is now. Management was great and responded promptly when there was any kind of issue with the apartment.

Very neat, I've never lived there but my son did. It was pretty neat, now my grandson, wants to get him one, because it's closer to his job.

The office staff is so friendly. Communication was very responsive. I feel like I could really see myself living here.
