Mike has sold two homes for me, and both were sold quickly. One had multiple offers and sold above the appraised value. Most recently, he helped me finalize my purchase of the rental I'd been living in. It was nice to use his services in a FSBO fashion, and only pay the flat fee for closing. Thanks Mike! I'd highly recommend him for both buyers and sellers. He has years of experience in this market, does thorough research, and always acts in his clients' best interest.

Mike Salkin sold two houses for me, both with different target demographics and styles. One was brand new, and we were able to get a good resale price increase. He even went the extra mile to manually paint a portion of the exterior that was held in escrow by the builder, so that it had better curb appeal for resale. The second home we ended up getting multiple competing offers and we made an excellent profit on it. Mike was friendly, responsive and knew the area and the price point very well.
