My dryer suddenly stopped making heat. I put in request and within 2 days Cesar was here and fixed it in 20 minutes. He is always reliable and very nice man. This apartment company trustworthy and always takes care of its tenants.

I had a great experience with Anita! I requested a tour and got a response back within 24 hours. When I came in for the tour, Anita welcomed us with open arms. She truly made us feel comfortable and definitely made us more excited to move in.

I’ve lived here for over 15 years and the office staff has always been super nice and helpful and the maintenance is great. For example, hot water went out and Cesar put a new water heater in and the office staff even called me that next morning to see how everything was working for me. Can’t really say that about a lot of places especially nowadays. Nothing but good things to say!

Cesar was extremely prompt regarding the repair of the washing machine. Both technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable and made sure that everything was in working order before leaving.

I live in a cute lil 1 bedroom, me and my kitties love it! My year lease is up and I’m sad to leave my cute lil apartment but I didn’t renew my lease because… I decided to upgrade to a 3 bedroom townhome in the same development! <3 I’m happy to be staying in Berkshire Hills for at least another year! The maintenance people are wonderful and always so friendly! Anita is the best! She made moving in (last year) and the transition from my 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom super easy! We have a pool, playground, gym, a Poke Stop and 6 near by Poke Routes! 😹 Join us! 🧡😹
