THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN THROUGH! We asked to see a home and notified Keith Harrington that we had 2 agents who were busy tonight and he still offered to show us the home. He then called us an hour later screaming that we never told him that we had an agent even though 4 people heard be told. Then was so rude when we told him that we already told him this. Then when we told him he looked unprofessional for calling and literally yelling at us, he replied with “I don’t care” so disrespectful and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I really wish I could give zero stars

Make sure you really check out the property you are looking at and double check everything that they tell you before you sign or give them any money down, listings fool you into believing they are something they are not, paperwork claiming you get things that can be taken away days before closing. Berkshire gets your money down then when you find out all the lies in the title search of the property their lawyers try to force you to pay for backing out for being lied to after you find out the facts and good luck getting your earnest money back. I would use nor tell my worst enemy to use Berkshire...

Keith did a wonderful job of selling my house in Carmichaels. he sold it overnight for more than the asking price.

Keith Herrington is awful and called my family yelling at us!!!we contacted the corporate email from 5 different emails and we will be in contact with his manager!

Keith Herrington is very disrespectful. Very rude. Very unprofessional. He needs fired.
