Horrible. Tried to reach out to buy a home due to relocation and then found out that somehow the realtor “leaked” my personal information. Very unprofessional.

My forever home turned nightmare. Moved to Pennsylvania in March 2023 and was not able to come down to do the inspection because I lived in Maryland at the time and left this huge responsibility up to my realtor from Berkshire and I've been regretting it ever since. I found major plumbing issues not even being in the home a month and still having issues and its January 2024, sewage smell and drainage of sewage seeping in my basement half bathroom, major anesthetic issues that weren't here when I initially looked at the home, animals entering the home through a chewed through crawl hole space and now being told the furnace may need to be replaced!!!! I will not recommed Berkshire to anyone. Ive have people from a electrician and plumbers come to my home and tell me the seller Laron Phillips

Was a prospective buyer and contacted Jamie Santore via Zillow and text. When asking questions she just blatantly disregards them and just tries to set up a conversation. She can take the time to send you emojis but cannot to answer you. Extremely unprofessional

I closed on my new home today and, would like to share my very positive experience. I started looking for a new house over six months ago. I saw an advertisement with the contact person As Pam drake from Berkshire Hathaway. That home was definitely not what I was looking for! Pam drake Worked tirelessly on my behalf, which led to today's closing. I can not stress enough how much time She put in searching the multi-list and, using her contacts to find this home. I also looked at probably 15 houses (that she "showed" me), until she led me to the home I purchased! I noticed the below review was dated over a year ago and going by the initials posted, I can tell you that agent is no longer with this company. I have purchased several homes in my life time and I can honestly say that this company is awesome! They walk you through the buying and selling process from beginning to end and explain everything you need to know. I suggest that if you ever run into a bad situation, you bring it to the managers attention. Not just in home buying, but in anything!
