Eileen from CMG Home Loans connected me with Meghan Lynch. As a first time home buyer, it is such a scary process. Working with Meghan put my mind at ease. She asked what I looked for in a home, what do I want for myself, and color palettes. Her knowledge of Springfield helped narrow down our search. What I love most working with her was how she knew I was giving up on looking at houses in the fall and almost settled on one I didn't love. "I know that look. I don't want you to settle." So thankful for her picking up on that and we finally found my house! Oddly enough, Meghan explained earnest money better than the person at my first time home buyer class. I still have her example written down.

Rebecca was the perfect realtor for our needs. She not only had expert and personal knowledge of the market in Chicopee, but she had excellent advice for selling an inherited home. She was incredibly patient with us, as we took a long time to get the house into shape for selling it, but not once did she push us and knew what a mammoth task it was. When we were ready, she put the house on the market immediately and we had viewings the next day, and many viewings in the first week. We relied heavily on her expertise when handling offers. A few tricky situations came up with a potential buyer, and she was responsive with guidance that led us to receive and accept our dream price for the house. I could not recommend Rebecca more highly.

I just want to start off by saying thank you. Kathy is an amazing person and she really has the best interest when helping you find your perfect home. As first time home buyers our experience was amazing and so easy. We were afraid that we weren’t going to find what we needed but she never gave up on us. Kathy looked out for us from the start to finish. Every time we had questions I would reach out to her and she would make anything possible. Thank you again we couldn’t have done it without you. We are extremely happy.

Zell was amazing. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He is very kind and understanding about my situation. The knowledge he used helped us sell. Took longer than we expected but it got done. We thank him and definitely will be using him and Berkshire Hathaway again on our next journey!!
