I signed on specifically with Lisa Cozzi team to sell my commercial property. Now that whole team has left Berkshire Hathaway for Century 21 mid-contract. BH sent me a termination agreement so I could stay with Cozzi team, but then refused to sign it and now says they will not release me. Although I plainly stated my wish was to remain with Cozzi team and that I do not wish to work with BH, they continue to hold me hostage. It is a ridiculous situation.

Allan Smith is an outstanding realtor. He walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and was honest with us about what our options were when we were interested in a property. He also ensured that we utilized the state programs that were available to us. It took a couple of months, but we finally found our house!
