Honestly I don’t know if I would go anywhere else. My realtor Olivia was an absolute all-star. Knowledgeable, responsive, and always keeping me in mind when it comes to the right home for me and my family. Thanks to her and the team, I found a place I can call home. Josie is not only a top notch realtor but also a wonderful person. She made us feel like family from our first meeting. She helped us through the staging and photography process, made scheduling viewings convenient for us (which could have been difficult with anyone other than her, as I work nights), and made us comfortable with the offer we accepted (and she was able to get us plenty of offers). What we thought would would be a difficult sell sold in 4 days over asking price! She was also able to find us the perfect new house (which I didn’t realize could be more challenging than the original sale). Josie worked very hard for us. She went out of her way to find us our perfect home! She showed us many houses and condos and never lost her patience. We Had high expectations and demands on what we were looking for. Even when we would get discouraged she wouldn’t let us give up.
