Jon and his team were wonderful. We were first time homebuyers without a clue as to the process, despite the research you can do online. Jon was extremely responsive in setting up appointments and was flexible to our traveling (took us 1.5 hrs to get to town) and work schedules. He was up front about spending, about what we could get for our money, about how a home could work for us, and about the potential that some homes could have. He took everything we said into consideration, and was the most honest and easiest person to work with throughout the entire home buying process. I would buy every home in my lifetime through him if I could.

We recently worked with Margaret "Peggy" Rose to sell our home of 47 years! Peggy was wonderful to work with! She sold our house in 3 days and was SO helpful with managing the process from a distance. (we don't live locally) She made everything very easy to navigate and was ALWAYS available. Peggy is friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend working with her! I have sold/bought 2 other homes and worked with other realtors, going forward I wouldn’t work with anyone else!

John is the new house-buyer whisperer. John was recommended to us, by the owner of Ziatun, and the minute we spoke with John, and saw houses with him, we knew he was the one. Not only was John there to help during a stressful covid purchase, but he recommended local attorneys, banks, inspectors, etc. He constantly pushed and followed-up when the need arose, and know we wound't have gotten the house of our dreams without him. Any time I learn that someone wants to buy a house, I jump at the opportunity to introduce him, and always tell people he is a phenomenal realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend John without hesitation. He's funny, kind, solution-oriented, and spoke with us almost nightly (for 6 months!) while we worked to close on our house. Give John a chance, he is a superb human being,

My husband and I were looking for a house in Beacon that wasn't very common and had contacted several realtors with our wish list of items. Jon found a house that literally ticked every single box. He contacted us immediately to view the house before it even went on the open market. Its our dream home and we can't thank Jon enough. He was also great throughout the entire mortgage process and when we had a problem with our appraisal he fought with the bank to get a second opinion and had them pay for it. At closing he showed up with some welcome to Beacon goodies and gift card to a restaurant in town and then took us out to lunch to celebrate. I can't recommend Jon enough and we'll definitely stay in touch!
