Agent made appointment on a wednesday to show my son a home appointment was set for Sunday at 5:00 p.m. son was on vacation in Ocean city Md left O.C. Sunday @ 9:00 a.m. to be at property in PA. At 5:00 P.m. agent knew no later then Friday lender needed additional paper work but did not text son till noon on Sunday that she cancelled appointment ( he was halfway home ) not even a phone call on Friday or Saturday , this is poor customer service
I have bought several houses in my time, but the buying experience I have had with this company is the worst experience of my life. This is supposed to be a happy and exciting time in a person's life. I just wish I could cancel this whole thing.
These guys were great. Minimal interaction with them as they were the listing agent for the house we bought, but what interaction we had was pleasant.
I have a great time people there are really nice and friendly. I recommend this place to anybody. Great experience thanks.
