I recently closed on my home with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was out of state during the process, but they handled everything smoothly, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful closing. What stood out the most was how they stood up for me when issues came up and made sure everything was done right. Tara Grochowsky is horribly unprofessional. My boyfriend and I were graciously offered to rent a house that was for sale, listed by Tara. Our experience with her was extremely unprofessional. A real estate agent TODAY from her team visited our home we rented, with potential buyers while we already had our furniture and decor in place, claiming that Tara had said the house was still for sale. They were able to access the house with a lockbox key. The homeowner, as well as my boyfriend and his family, repeatedly tried to reach her to remove the listing after we secured the rental and gave our security deposit, but she ignored every attempt at communication. We eventually had to escalate the matter to her vice president to get any response. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Tara

I was referred to Michele Haas by Rocket Mortgage. She waited until a couple of hours before we were to go see homes, after I had already traveled 1.5 hours, and sent over an exclusive agent agreement (I had requested non-exclusive) and a buyer's agent agreement with a minimum agent fee that would have paid herself between 4.5% and 6.2% of the cost of the homes we had scheduled to look at, plus a $300 retainer fee. When I mentioned these facts to her she repeatedly tried to claim that the funds would all come from the seller, despite it being a contract between her and I, and claimed that I didn't understand how things worked. When I stood my ground, she later said that she made a mistake and the fee written into our contract should be half of what she actually put. Then when I expressed a
