quite honestly i don't know what my boyfriend and i would have done without kylie. i reached out to her and eventually backed down because the idea of buying a home felt so out of reach for people like me (gen z). but kylie was adamant and told me with the money we had we could absolutely get a home. it was very rocky working with the seller's agent, but we got the home of our dreams for a ridiculously cheap price, and a very affordable mortgage. we've been living here since november 2023 and we are in love. we are still moving things around but it's the perfect home and the perfect area. nothing is too far away and stores are right where we need them. kylie has been nothing but sweet and supportive, i can't thank her enough, i wish there was a way i could show her how truly grateful my bo

I have bought and sold many homes and never have I felt so awful about an experience than I did today. I am not about stooping to her level of public shaming, so I will not publically display her name; however she is a bully and should not be working in the public service industry. Her client was in the wrong and instead made me feel beneath her for asking her to make it right at closing. Simple fix, but her tone, attitude, and demeanor were deplorable. I understand fighting for your client, but there is a way to go about it so as not to belittle others. I truly hope she takes some classes in social skills and communication.if she represents your company, I will never use or purchase from you again. I hope others take caution. #choosekind #nobullies
