Bobbi was always available when we needed her and walked us through the entire homebuying process, from beginning to end. She had to reassure us and calm our nerves many times, and always gave solid advice when needed. She promised in the very beginning that she would get us through to the very end, and she delivered. Thanks to Bobbi we are now moving into the beautiful new home we were searching for!

I love Berkshire and Hathaway. I use them for ALL my property needs. Leasing, buying selling. My agent does it all. I literally call for about anything and she always has the answers. I'm still amazed with her level of service. If your looking for a real agent that actually love what they do and is the best at it check her out. Berkshire is really lucky to have her as an agent.

Maybe they are good to have if you are buying a house, but this company has made the home selling process as miserable as possible. We were more than accommodating with the buyer, offered credits for repairs, and did more than what we were supposed to do to make this an easy process and smooth transition. They demanded two final walk throughs, harassed our realtor about minuscule issues, and were extremely rude and not friendly. IN ADDITION, they waited over three hours to wire the funds from the sale of our home knowing that we had our settlement of our new house right after. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing!!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I assume the Clarkview Road office has done well for others. However, I had a bewildering experience with one of the agents. She was new to real estate sales yet seemed enthusiastic to assist us n finding a home. She then abruptly left us high and dry. She never showed up for a meeting and we never heard from her again despite several attempts to contact her.
