Great! Used this company to close on the sale of a rental property today and was pleased with the service. The closing agent Tiffany did a good job to facilitate the deal. The environment of the newly established and conveniently located physical location off of Linglestown Road was clean and stylish and the staff were friendly and professional. I am a first time homebuyer. I was beyond excited to find a realtor that would be patient with me with my search of finding my first home. However, this is an experience that I wish for a do-over! My realtor, we will call him Richard, provided homes within my price range. I was happy to have selected one of these home to proceed with. He advised me due to receiving an appraisal on the home, that I will not need a home inspection. He said "No need to spend that kind of money, blah, blah"... fast forward to a whole month later after closing.... I am now having to purchase to a brand new gas boiler because the boiler is so old that it has rusted parts that can not be replaced, the electrical is spotty, and we had a water leak in our living room... ALL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CLOSING! I had told Ric

Went there for a real estate closing. The staff are friendly and quite helpful in making the transaction a comfortable experience. The modern and clean environment also adds to the positive experience. Paperwork was explained and there was no rush to get it done. Relaxing and comfortable means less stress. They also gave us a box of chocolate chip cookies to go. Overall I highly recommend this business to make your financial transactions more comfortable. Thank you again.
