My name is Samuel Lee and I have bought a house through Chris Griffiths. Chris Griffiths was originally the seller's agent, but since I did not have a buyer's agent myself, he acted as dual agent. After the transaction was over, I was doing some improvement repair on the new house but coincidentally it rained that very day and noticed that there was a rain leaking that started from the inside of the wall and then to the floor.
