The Agent Ernest “Ernie” Fantini and the Broker Marge are refusing to allow me access to the home where my items are stored and my 4 month old baby cannot get his crib to sleep in or a majority of his toys and clothes. The closing date was set for 10/30 and the morning of that day Ernie sent an email stating the certificate of occupancy wasn’t ready. He stated he would have it shortly. That didn’t happen. Then they allowed us to move our things into the house in the middle of November while we continued to wait for the C/O. As of today 11/30/2020 the C/O still isn’t available and when we requested to remove our personal belongings from the home because we are no longer interested. Deff not a good experience at all one the lady realtor there was wanting to sell more then a house she was sending my husband secret messages on his phone . Disrespectful also she was calling him 3x a day almost like stalker !!!! She is not professional at all knowing it was a married man . Be aware……..her name is Sam sayyed she is she knew he was married with family and still was doing a lot of unprofessional things would not trust her at all
