Truly felt like the agent Jennifer was only in for the money and couldn’t care less. As a first time home buyer I mistakenly trusted my agent thinking they would know best. My agent Jennifer couldn’t even get me all my paperwork and receipts that I had asked for multiple times before still till today. Jennifer also didn’t bring up my concerns to the seller because she didn’t want to, saying her boyfriend will take care of it even tho I asked her to!!! To no surprise her boyfriend did NOT take care of it. HORRIBLE experience!! Me and my family learned our lessons and will not be recommending this company OR Jennifer !

Nancy Casey was my buying agent. She is very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and attentive to her clients needs. I was thoroughly impressed by her. During my home shopping process, she was very helpful with all of my needs and questions as we visited various homes. After I made an offer on the home I purchased, she was there for me every step of the way, making sure all of the inspections were done on time and she was with me for each appointment. Side note, my home inspector was really impressed with her knowledge as well. Her agency, BHHS, has a mortgage broker on site, Mark Anselmo.
