As US Marine Veteran and a first time home buyer my experience was not a pleasant one. Steven Pagan half heartedly assisted us in the attempt(s) of purchasing a home. He had us offering close to asking price on not one but two different properties that ended with low appraisals. He DID NOT provide us with any comps or a market analysis when making these offers to substantiate the price and advised us to pay closing costs. His guidance led the sellers to believe that there was money being left on the table when our appraisal did not meet contract price. His fall back was that the "VA appraisors were not qualified" or they were "knuckle heads."
