First realtor posted a listing full of bad punctuations, misspelled words, and terrible pictures. She quit working with Century 21 a few months in and left the front door of my house wide open for days and lost the key. Broker was able to retrieve key and assign a 2nd realtor. This realtor not a whole lot better. Never communicated. I had to check in with her to find out anything. If I had a question she could answer she just had me call someone else. I had to arrange for additional inspection requested by buyers myself. Now the house is sold and I still have not received my proceed check. When I asked realtor about my check her response was talk to the closing attorney. I guess she got hers so could care less. I gave Century the benefit of doubt after the first realtor.
