Be careful with this place for long-term rentals - I worked with agent Mindy Hackett, paid money to find a suitable tenant, etc. The tenant they found destroyed my house, and when I needed help, even though I paid a substantial fee to them, help was not available. From a simple google search I was able to later find that this was an unsuitable tenant from the start. The same agent later all but guilt-tripped me into renting the place to her and her child for quite less money, under the guise of having a drug-addicted ex-husband and bad situation - just to move in that ex-husband behind my back right away. This indicates, in my opinion, that this agent is not trustworthy. Take caution with this place - and especially agent - for rentals, as there is a possibility you may lose money.
