First off, Natalie Olencamp was extremely patient with my husband and I. We are not known to be easy to work with. We have high standards and expectations. We were working with Michael and it started off really well. He called every week to check in.. we got an offer on the house and accepted it then the phone call stopped. We had to call him and try to find out any information. We had a closing date. Our new place wasn’t gonna be ready for a couple of weeks after the closing.. So we got a hotel room . The night before we were supposed to close We received an email saying they were lacking a piece of paper. The closing got pushed out another week. Meanwhile, we’re in a hotel our stuff is in storage. Spent 1500 on a hotel when we didn’t have someone dropped the ball.
