Leslie was a lifesaver when we needed to rent on short notice. She was thoughtful, sympathetic, careful with requests, and oh so knowledgable. She knew what we needed when we didn’t. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Classy and kind. Forever grateful.
The 2 positive reviews are certainly fake. Some, not all, of the agents lack integrity and professionalism, and the manager accepts and promotes this in the interest of short-term income. Their reputation is bad and getting worse….hopefully the main office of BH will deal with this stain on their name.
The service was super! Highly recommended.
