Julie Tartaglia was a fantastic help in our search for our first home. Since it was our first home we had absolutely no idea what to expect with the house buying process but Julie walked us through step by step and made it so smooth! She was incredibly flexible, taking time out of her weekends and evenings to accommodate our schedules. Does experience matter?  Absolutely!  Julie sold our home recently and I couldn't think of how the someone could have done a better job. Julie has a wealth of experience in the real estate.  Her market knowledge helped price it based on facts, not high hopes.  She does not give you a high price to get the listing and then suggests a lower price later.  Julie's relationships with other agents and other agencies gets your home seen.  She was exceptional with the stagging and photos.  She was great to work with during negotiations and offering suggestions we hadn't thought of.  Clear and consistent communications were top notch.  One of the buyer's agents was actually overseas and Julie handled it like a pro.
