My husband and I worked with Mike for a long time trying to find the perfect place to make our home. We really had very particular ideas in mind and Mike remained patient and worked hard for 3 years to help us find exactly the type of property we were looking for in the area we’d hoped to move. Mike Contino was the agent for the seller of a home we wanted to buy. In the end we were fortunate to buy the property and I’m thankful for that, but not after both the seller and the buyer had to hire two separate attorneys to come to terms. You see, Mr Contino presented us a “so called” viable offer without the seller’s signature, and then swore up and down that he was appointed as the seller’s legal representative to finalize the sale. He repeatedly ignored our first attorney’s attempt to finalize the sale, and then 10 days later, Mr Contino presented a second offer, $50k higher from the same buyer, only this time with the seller’s signature.
