Trinity helped me find my new home and she was such a doll to work with. Very understanding, helpful, and had such a great personality. She definitely made my move go 10x easier! I would recommend prairie wood and of course Trinity if your looking for an easy to work with and friendly company.

Cute, cozy apartments, but they are a bit run down. However, Goldmark “offered” for me to extend my lease by raising rent $100 (760 to almost 850 for a 1bed, 1bath). Additionally, most neighbors were great except for the ones next to my unit. Played music so loud both inside and outside all day, screamed at each other at all times of the day, and left their outside patio absolutely disgusting, with trash piled by their door. Goldmark did absolutely nothing, despite multiple calls, emails, and discussions in person with the staff in the rental office. Finally, maintenance was nonexistent. I moved in with a crack in my window in April, was promised it would be fixed, but by next March, there were full water bubbles appearing in the wall. It was nice being walking distance to Cash Wise, but G
