I like the design of the townhomes, open floor plan, and large windows, some of the fixtures (tp holders, hardware, lights) could be of better quality. The exterior maintenance (landscape) needs improvement, the quality of work and cadence are hit and miss. Overall happy with the purchase of our townhome, dealing with Kevin Cartwright is great - He was instrumental in the purchase of the house and has continued to provide great customer service months after the purchase.
