Good luck getting anything fixed here. Been waiting since May for the bathroom door to be replaced. It won’t shut. Talk about getting out to a very cold room when you’re trying to get dried off. The only answer I keep getting is, it’s on order. What? So Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have doors to purchase?! It doesn’t take 6 months for a door to come in. Waited 3 months for the mini blinds to be fixed in the living room. Thank goodness it’s nothing major that needs to be fixed. Office person has attitude everytime I’ve been in there. Like I was bothering her to ask a question or turn the rent in. I’ve been looking for management number but can’t find one. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey my name is Robert Boone and my mother name is Barbara Boone we just moved out here and we like the our new neighbors they are nice and friendly the neighborhood is quiet the people that work in the lease office is nice and friendly people and the apartments are nice and have big space and the we had a leak in our bathroom upstairs in our apartment and the maintenance man came in work on it and did a good job keep up the good work Berkely village I gave our a five star rating thank you

My elderly parent as been living with bed bugs for 8 years, neighbors included . These are kind , caring people who need a healthy safe home to live in. Doesn't anyone inspect and actively rectify the problem? I couldn't visit from out of state as I wouldn't ever Subject my child to it, cost me precious time with my parent . That is shameful and is awful. The Health department should make you do better!
