Berkeley Landing Apartments

I havent moved in yet - but after 6 months of touring apartments across the greater ATL area I have finally found home. For starters, the units are so nice and spacious and it seems like such a nice and quite community, but one of the biggest selling points for me was the leasing agent Heather. She has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and has made the stress of apartment hunting so much easier! Truly the most helpful and friendly leasing agent I have ever spoken to, and I have toured 100 properties at a minimum in the last 4 years. Thank you Heather!!

Since the new property management has taken over, I’ve had the most amazing experience with Heather Daniel, the property leasing assistant. I had a problems with my getting my lease and my proof of insurance on my property and she spent way above expectations helping me try to get it done. It took several times but she did it. She’s one of the best people I’ve ever had to deal with as far as a leasing people. I’ve lived on this property for eight years, I love my apartment and gone to many changes and she’s one of the best!

I recently moved out to move to different state to Texas. my experience with the property management has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite sending multiple emails (at least eight) and making more than 20 unanswered phone calls during office hours, I only received one response after two weeks. Then they give one response simply stated there were no repair charges in final rent but provided no clear instructions for paying the final rent. we are living in a world where we can do things online, because I'm not flying back to Georgia just to pay a final rent. I have been unable to access the Rent Cafe resident portal after they adjust their mistake, even after trying continuously, and the property manager has not responded to my repeated calls or emails for over a month.

I've been here for about 6 months now and all I can say is be VERY cautious if you plan on moving into these apartments. I moved in under a different management company that had its own list of issues but this most recent one is no better. Zero follow up (they'll write your info on a sticky note and idk throw it in the trash when you leave the office), they don't answer the phone, they will flat out lie to you (was told office staff that the state raised rental insurance requirements and some nebulous "they" should have told me, make sure you know your rights) and because of the sale of the property, my bathroom ceiling has gone unaddressed from a water leak that started the week I moved in (the other company let that leak for a whole week before I had to start hinting at legal action). Oh

Came today to tour a couple of apartments and was greeted by Ms.Heather! She showed us some nice units, she has a kind attitude and lovely spirit! She will definitely make you feel welcomed and comfortable! I would rent an apartment just to talk with her everyday!
