I recently toured the apartment community and had an excellent experience, thanks to Samantha, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful! She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every detail about the floor plans, amenities, and application process. Samantha went above and beyond to make the tour comfortable and informative. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit rather than making me feel pressured. Christina Camacho is a very attentive agent and she did a CHAMPION JOB getting me moved in. I can’t be more pleased with the stand up assist and the SUPER SUPER support of US VETS for their move in kit. Without all of their help, I’d still be looking. THANK YOU CHRISTINA AND US VETS!!

I’ve only been here 1 month. I’ve had upstairs neighbors stomping. We can tell the difference between when they just walk and when they stomp. Leasing hasn’t been taking us seriously and for the past month have been saying “we will just leave a courtesy call”. We’ve emailed, showed evidence, and came to the office in person and has yet to take us seriously. Saying there’s nothing more they can do than just call. Clearly leasing doesn’t want to take this issue seriously but can care much more about the ratings so I’ll leave my rating here.

Found Roach infestation in 2 apartments upon move in. Definitely check everywhere, appliances, bathroom, bedrooms everywhere. They tried to paint over everything heavily upon moving us into a new apartment which did not work. They didn’t make a fuss about us not wanting to move into the apartment and let us out of the lease agreement, still would not recommend.

Love seeing how much they value keeping their residents’ gym in top shape. Proud to handle their preventative maintenance and excited to support them for years ahead! Also thanks to their acm, Samantha she's doing a great job!
