Beresford Woods by Risewell Homes

I have been waiting for eight months since the first time I walked through the house for them to fix some details and the response and service has been very poor. They promise to come and they don't come when they say they will. After many calls, they come, do something and don't finish the job and then leave me waiting. I have been moving in for more than eight months and they haven't fixed things that I complained about since before closing.

Love the neighborhood, multi issues with warranty. Stair way issues,carpet,base boards, door jams.. just to name a few

Fantastic location and well priced community. Also great customer service all the way through the purchasing process.

Big closet space! You just don't see that anymore. Beautiful homes
