This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. This property is run with zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for residents. Starting with the property manager, Jessica Curry— She is unlicensed, yet still signs leases. She’s entered my unit multiple times without giving the required 24-hour notice. She removed my access to the payment portal and told me I could only pay in cash, even though my lease says that’s not allowed. I was charged $300 filing fees on THREE different occasions even though she only filed on me once — and she refused to give any itemized statement for these charges. I never received a proper Five-Day Notice, but a questionable “notice” magically appeared in court. She gave statements in court that were dishonest and completely inconsi

JESSICA is the most unprofessional person ive every seen managing a building, not sure where she managed b4 but she crosses every line of professionalism. I've overheard her multiple times talking about the tenants and there business , she discriminates against ppl who are trying to rent and judge them on there looks. Neighbors talk and its not anything good when they speak of her. Finally they started cleaning fixing but Nothing is really changing.. this is not a Community, feels more like jail.

Jessica is incompetent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After making an appointment, informing her that I was coming on my one hour lunch break, and confirming the appointment, she made me wait 30 minutes before assisting me. After emailing me the employment verification form, she never informed me on the necessary steps on how to correctly submit it back to her. After patiently waiting for weeks, I called her to verify that she had received the paperwork from my employer, then is when she informed me that she couldn’t accept it because she needed to send the form directly to my employer. That information was never given to me, and she never asked for my employer’s contact information. She does not take accountability for her mistakes, or apologize for causing inconveniences.

I don't know what's wrong with people that supposed to be in a professional manner such as a internet searches of leasing agent so on October.28,2025 i was scheduled to look at apartments at Benton crossing the lesson. Agent told me she had 2 and 3 bedroom units available. So due to some medical reasons, I wasn't able to see the apartment that day, I called her and tell her I would like to reschedule. For the next day she says that's fine when I get there the next day. I called from the parking lot as to where should I park? Cause that was kind of crowded and really unclear. She said she would come to the door. At the underground parking to let me did I greeted her with a smile? Friendly conversation. Beautiful place! I'm thankful for Ms. Jessica who helped make sure my move in process went smoothly. It's good to know that I can contact her at any time when I NEED something. From having accessible amenities to secure access to my apartment, I simply feel right at home.
