Benton Apartments

My husband and I were interested in this location as a potential tenant but the minute we came into apartment #7 we were met with nothing but sure trash and disgusting results! The kitchen had cupboards loose and some of the hinges, the fridge had a handle missing, the oven looked dirty from the outside, and that’s not even the worst part! The bathroom had water constantly leaking from the shower and had lime buildup and it obviously showed that the place was not even cleaned nor repaired properly. I was infuriated by what I had seen and I could not even touch anything in that place. We immediately left and we have no intention of renting at this location. It is not worth it to be honest dispite the price they have for rent every month. Not worth having to live in a trash place that it obv
