I have been living here since 2003 and Jasmine is the best property manager we’ve had! She is so polite, sweet, caring and attention to detail for her residents. She deserves a raise.

I've lived here 3 times. Once in 2004-2005, once from 2008-2009 and this last time from June 2011 until Sept 2020. So I can honestly say that I've been through my share of landlords at this place. Besides the first one being good when we initially moved here on Valentines day of '04, Bentley Terrace taking over has been THE ONLY company that has had true integrity and honestly cared about their tenants and didn't just see us as monthly income to the company. The manager Anthony goes above and beyond to the best of his ability to accommodate all of your needs so you can live in a safe and clean environment, without the stress of trying to be tenant slash renter/owner repairing everything yourself. If not for me relocating I'd move right back here in a heartbeat ESP with the new renovations

I have recently just had a horrible experience with them this place is so unprofessional I keep calling no one answers I sent an email the lady refuses to give me corporate information what they have on the lease is incorrect because I have reached out to those management companies and they say they no longer manage this place on their Facebook they also have false information because the management that they have listed I spoke to today and they said they do not represent them either I need corporate office number and email immediately!!!! Also beware me and my family were supposed to move here last Friday and it was nothing but God that showed us their true colors early we never was told that it will be a delay in our move-in and when we got there the place was so dirty the stairway was

Leak everywhere bathroom floor, kitchen floor, living room windows floor coming up, Beware better not to stop. Maintenance workers don't do their job,!!!!!!!????? They picked up there pay?????🤯🤯🤯🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 right

Their calls are being routed to a funeral home and I was told they will be closing
