Five stars across the board!! I have lived here for over 12 years and counting. And I'm going to say over those 12 years the leasing office has seen many changes but that has leveled out and we have a consistent leasing staff once again and I have no complaints. They're fantastic! Maintenance is addressed immediately and even if it's after hours and it applies to the rules, they come immediately and they call back. I often wonder if I move if I would I ever get maintenance service like I get here? Water is included in your rent and they will provide you with a washer and dryer or you can bring your own. Sure, rent goes up. Doesn't it go up everywhere? But they let you know, they give you options on the length of your lease. And you can always look in your online portal once you're a resid

These apartments are dated, adequate, and clean. With rent prices being what they are, you can live in an updated unit and have better amenities at many other apartments in this area at a similar price point. The neighbors are great and the neighborhood is quiet. The low rating is for the property management staff. The property management staff have turned over quite a bit here, and the new staff are rude and mean. They talked down to me when I asked for clarity on questions I had, and that’s an awful experience especially when my tone was kind and respectful during the entire interaction. I hope they either improve or hire new staff.

I wanted to give a 4.5 stars but it would not allow me to. The reasons are; some apartments did not come with a patio. Living on the third floor was too hot in the summer, even fans hardly worked to cool the place. The bathroom was spacious but that tub could use improvements in size. Otherwise the apartment and neighborhood were a great place. It was quiet, especially at night. There were not much problems in the neighborhood in my experience. The price was actually good considerably. I hated I had to move to another, I would still be living there today. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood.

I will be straightforward in this review. I rented a 1 bedroom 'efficiency' for the lowest lease rate available. For the price and the rent conditions at the time, it was more than adequate. Dated, certainly, but the apartments are clean, there's no sneaky nonsense fees for 'valet trash', and the neighborhood is mostly quiet. Sometimes you'll hear people knocking about upstairs but that's more a fact of apartment living than a thing to blame on the complex itself. A few minor flaws come with the lack of frills - there's no package room or anything like that and thus we had a few thefts of packages left unattended during the holiday season, the mailboxes are tiny, and the location is somewhat inconvenient if you don't own a car - but generally, it's simple: it's an apartment, it's fairly l

Been living here a few months and it's been great so far! Maintenance responds pretty quickly, and the apartment itself is surprisingly good quality for how affordable the rent is here. Everything was painted well and clean when I moved in, and the walls are thick enough that I don't hear my neighbors at all really. The appliances are somewhat older in the non-upgraded unit I have but they're in good condition and work well. I've even convinced some of my coworkers to move here as well! There is a train track directly behind the parking lot (I suspect that's partly why the rent is so low!) but it's really not as loud as I initially thought it would be. I hear the train maybe once every few days and it's very brief.
