Well, there’s much I could share, but let’s do the positive first. Our neighbors are very, very nice, which is fortunate because not everyone can have nice neighbors. Several of the management team are very helpful depending on the mood you catch them in. Security is tight and keeps an eye on inappropriate activities, such as drugs and prostitution, although they can’t be everywhere. **DO NOT MOVE HERE** I paid FULL price for a move in ready apartment. Its been over 2 weeks with no air, no door on my room, and can't even close my bathroom door. They left a fridge infested with roaches and gnats in the apartment, have not scheduled pest control as I've requested. Then, today my kitchen sink flooded my apartment. Staff does NOTHING to resolve any issues in a timely manner. As a new tenant, NONE of these should have been an issue the day I moved in, as the apartment was supposed to be MOVE IN READY, not under maintenance. They refuse to do anything to compensate me for my troubles, and constantly lie. Everyday they say they'll be out to take care of the issue the next day and don't, I've been dealing with this for WEEKS. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If i could give negative star

Worst place ever, like everyone else, I had issues with the roaches, maintenance, and the rude and extremely unprofessional project manager. They're attempting to evict me now over something I had no control over, but luckily I always keep documentation and I'm definitely gonna cover my own a**. I mean, it was just a stepping stone, you know until I could do better, but to be honest this has been the worst 7 months of my life. Don't have enough time or energy to get into deep detail, but the reviews are true and look take these reviews literally because the way they run that place is totally unacceptable.

I wouldn't move a dog over here, they have all type of problems, plumbing, insects, rodents, they don't really fix anything they just put a bandaid over it, literally couldn't stay in my apartment for full month and still was charged full price for that month with no accommodations. Apartment plumbing messed up around Christmas and wasn't fixed until mid January, just for it to happen again. Carpet needs to be pulled up because it's molding from flooding and it's still down right till this day. They put extra fees on the bill such as electricity so I'm paying electricity through MLGW and them just wasting funds.
