Don’t live there. When you will leave , they will just robb you making an unreasonable maintenance bill . Doesn’t matter how nice you keep the house clean. They make the maintenance bill for a palace instead of those cheaply made one bhk apartments. Also our leased apartment was infested with cockroaches and intentionally they hid it and made us live in temporary accommodation.
The houses are built cheap but they will keep raising rent on you and finding ways to charge you money. It is a poorly run property and has been becoming worse in the more recent years.
Won’t recommend to anyone to lived here they charged for maintenance fee rent is already expensive not happy with the maintenance fee it should be free
