Realtor.com had put me in touch with a realtor from this agency to look at several houses after the pandemic. We got pre-approved and were ready to find a house. Our agent asked for us to send several homes to look at. I sent him a bunch. We planned to go out a week later. He texts me at 6am on our showing day to tell me none of the houses worked for him to show us and many were either in contract or were in other Counties far away—-okay but why tell me the day of?! Never got back to me, never spoke in person. Very unprofessional.my experience was similar to another review. Probably the same agent. Too bad as he is loosing this agency money.

She was very honest, diligent, respectful, hard working, knowledgable, and always looked after my interests as a tenant. I met Michele in January 2016 when I was relocating from Florida to Oneonta. She was so professional that she immediately won my trust and respect. She found me a wonderful house to rent.
