I originally contacted Bennett Quality Construction with a concern about my window leaking- see pictures one and two. I had already received two quotes from other companies about replacing the window which seemed inflated. Earl came out the following day for a consultation and immediately told me the issue wasn’t the window at all. He told me he believed there was an issue with the wood caused by a crack in the stucco and a sensor in the window frame on the second floor that was incorrectly installed by the security company. He recommended cutting a small hole to assess the damage- see picture 3. After seeing it was much more than the window he patched up the hole and gave me a quote for completely tearing out the side of the house to replace the rotten wood from the leak. I signed the quo

Earl and his amazing crew are incredible! Our home has been completely transformed inside. It looks bigger than ever and we added no square footage. We had a complete overhaul inside—removed popcorn ceilings and replaced with knockdown ceilings, gutted both bathrooms and kitchen, took down a few walls, retired fireplace and filled in odd niche above fireplace, removed door casings and baseboards which were replaced with 5” baseboards and much better quality door casings, added crown molding, painted the entire interior, new flooring throughout, added recessed lights, had garage floor epoxied, added plywood to attic and a light!
