My husband and I have been renting from Benanzer for going on a year now and it has been a great experience! They are very quick to fix any maintenance issues and the house is nice inside and out and well-kept. We had originally applied for another house they were renting but did not get it and they worked with us to find another one of their rentals we could move into within the time frame we needed. I’m very glad we ended up where we did. They even let us move in a few days early to accommodate a previous lease ending so that we didn’t have a gap. I would highly recommended them to anyone!

Probably the most genuine and amazing people you’ll meet in the market. They are incredibly fair and efficient. There’s not a job they don’t take where it doesn’t supersede expectations. Their homes/rentals are the fairest prices especially for the quality of work they do. The floor plans are unique in the way that seem so efficient and spacious. As soon as you walk into one of their homes or rentals you can see the quality of work done is outstanding & top notch. If you need a new home or rental Benanzer Homes is the right choice. Some of the best people, truly salt of the earth.

I have been renting from them for 6 years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Rent prices are fair, maintenance is quick to fix things, and they most importantly treat people like human beings unlike other landlords in the area. The home we rent had just been remodeled and looked beautiful (especially the bay window which is my favorite part of the entire home). They allowed us to also have our weimareiner for an additional fee/deposit (which was also reasonable). Highly recommend them!
